Classic Lash Training – Terms & Conditions

Booking & Payment

  • A $500 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your place in the training.

  • Alternatively, students may choose to pay in full at the time of booking.

  • If paying a deposit, the remaining balance must be paid no later than 14 days prior to the training start date.

  • Failure to pay the remaining balance by the due date may result in forfeiture of your spot and deposit.

Refund Policy

  • All payments (including deposits) are non-refundable.

  • Due to the limited 1:1 nature of this training, your booking secures a dedicated time slot that cannot easily be filled.

Rescheduling Policy

  • You may reschedule your training once, provided at least 14 days’ notice is given.

  • Rescheduled training must be booked within 3 months of the original date.

  • Requests made within 14 days of the training will result in loss of deposit and/or full payment.

  • Additional rescheduling requests may incur a $150 rebooking fee.

Cancellations / No Shows

  • Cancellations made within 14 days of the training, or failure to attend, will result in full forfeiture of all payments.

  • No-shows will not be eligible for rescheduling.

Minimum Commitment

  • This is a 2-day, in-person training. Full attendance is required.

  • If a student leaves early or does not complete the training, no partial refunds will be given.

Model Requirements

  • Students will be required to work on live models during training.

  • You may be required to source your own models, or models may be arranged for you (you can customise this depending on what you decide).

  • Models must arrive on time and without eye makeup.

Health & Safety

  • Students must inform Nikki Rae Beauty of any medical conditions, allergies, or sensitivities that may affect training.

  • Students must follow all hygiene and safety protocols during the course.

Course Kit

  • A full professional kit is included in your training.

  • Kits are prepared specifically for each student and are non-returnable and non-refundable.

Certification

  • Certification will be awarded upon successful completion of the training.

  • Nikki Rae Beauty reserves the right to withhold certification if safe working standards are not met.

Intellectual Property

  • All course content, materials, and techniques are the intellectual property of Nikki Rae Beauty.

  • Course materials are for personal use only and may not be copied, shared, or taught to others.

General

  • By booking this training, you agree to all terms and conditions outlined above.

  • Nikki Rae Beauty reserves the right to refuse or cancel a booking if necessary.
