BOOKING POLICY

Before Your Appointment

  • All bookings require a non-refundable booking fee to secure the appointment. This amount will be deducted from the total treatment fee. This is to show your commitment to your appointment and to protect your time as well as mine.

  • Booking fees are transferable to a maximum of two reschedules, provided the appointment is rescheduled with at least 48 hours’ notice. Should your appointment be rescheduled for a third time in a row, the online booking system will automatically charge a new booking fee.

  • Any “no shows” (that is simply not turning up to the appointment without prior notice) and last-minute cancellations or reschedules (within 4 hours of the appointment) will result in a charge of 100% of the appointment booked as these appointments are unable to be filled.

  • Nikki Rae Beauty does not infill the work of other lash artists. This is to ensure standards of quality and consistency. If you are visiting with lash extensions applied elsewhere, please book in for a new set with a removal add-on.

  • If you are an existing client returning for an infill, please ensure that your appointment is booked within 4 weeks of your previous lash application and that you are returning with at least 50% of your lashes in tact.

  • Please ensure that your lashes are clean and free of makeup. Although all lash treatments begin with a lash bath, time spent having to remove makeup will detract from lash treatment time.

During Your Appointment

  • Please come to your appointment alone and on time.

  • Clients who are 15 minutes late for their appointment will result in the appointment being cancelled. Last-minute cancellation/no show policy will apply.

  • During your appointment, please put your phone on silent, close your eyes and remain still. Enjoy this time to relax to ensure a smooth and easy treatment. You are welcome to bring in earphones to listen to your favourite podcast or music playlist if this makes you feel more comfortable.

After Your Appointment

  • There are no refunds for services rendered as time and product have been utilised.

  • Should any issues arise within 72 hours of the appointment, please get in touch for either a complimentary removal or touch up.

  • At the end of your treatment, we will go over aftercare instructions. Please ensure you follow these to ensure the longevity of your treatment.
